Milling Insert

Betalent carbide offers standard milling inserts in various shapes and hardness. Milling insert types: 

1. Shape, depending on the work piece machining shape. Choose the larger tip angle if it can meet the need of milling because of the tougher character.

2. Hardness and R angle of the tip, depend on the workpiece hardness, and the rough milling or fine milling.

3. Coating, coating is connecting the hardness of insert, hence when you choose the right hardness, you don't need to choose special coating, we make the match.
